I definitely got a great deal for my money at this hotel! The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff treated me with exceptional friendliness and helpfulness throughout my stay. The location was also convenient for visiting nearby attractions.

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

My stay at the hotel exceeded my expectations. The staff was accommodating, especially Tamika, who worked both breakfast and the front desk. The breakfast was delicious and served hot and fresh. Ed and Imari went above and beyond to resolve a reservation issue caused by overbooking, ensuring that I got the room I had originally requested. Despite the challenges they faced, the employees remained friendly and did their best to make my stay enjoyable.

The hotel also had a wonderful indoor swimming pool and a leisure room with a TV. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

During our recent trip, my friends and I chose a budget-friendly accommodation located conveniently close to the city center and just off of I-64. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and attractions. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with functional bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff provided friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. Although there were no breakfast options, we found several nice restaurants nearby. the hotel provided a satisfactory experience for our stay in the area.

The pool was unavailable during our visit, which was disappointing.

It has knowledgeable staff members that had night shift. The location is in a favourable spot to local shopping areas. Furthermore, it's close to Hampton, and restaurants.

It was also close to shops and restaurants, which was great for grabbing a bite to eat or doing some shopping. The staff here were wonderful, especially the owner or manager who seemed always available and attentive during my stay. They were quick to address any concerns I had and made sure I had everything I needed. The room was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning and a flat-screen TV, and the bed was comfortable for a good night's sleep. I also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and jacuzzi, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The hotel is comfy, staff and location are great. Knowledgeable members of the staff that had night shift. The location is decent, 2 miles from Regal Cinemas. It is set in a shopping area. When I am in Newport News, I like staying here.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Newport News for a short family getaway. The staff at Oyster Point Inn & Suites were exceptional, particularly Adrian who provided excellent customer service. The comfortable beds and quiet air conditioner made for a pleasant sleep, and the clean bathroom was a bonus. Nancy's Breakfast served an amazing meal to start our day.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.
